In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 888phl website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://888phl.bio and its subdomains.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "888phl" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all entities acting on its behalf.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the Platform.

• You are not aware of any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of re-registration — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 888phl reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and to void any wagers placed or bonuses claimed across those Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and your date of birth. You must notify 888phl promptly of any change to your registered details.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. 888phl accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Accounts operated or accessed by multiple individuals may be suspended.
• If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support at support@888phl.bio immediately.

Full KYC verification is required before a Player may process their first withdrawal. 888phl may also require KYC documentation at any other time at its reasonable discretion, including upon significant changes to deposit or betting activity patterns.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the selected method. 888phl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the Platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• 888phl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged for security review.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Deposits made in error (including deposits intended for a different platform) cannot be reversed once credited to your Account Balance.
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider without first contacting 888phl support will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension.

888phl offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL finals, and ICC tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only and may be subject to geographic, deposit method, or game-type restrictions.

Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, 888phl will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly using available game logs provided by the software provider. Where a game round cannot be completed, 888phl's decision on the outcome will be final, subject to any applicable provider dispute resolution process.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• Placed bets and confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted. Bets accepted in error due to a manifest pricing or display error may be voided at 888phl's discretion.
• For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), in-play odds are subject to change in real time. Bets accepted at a displayed price are honoured at that price unless the bet was placed after the relevant event outcome was already determined.
• 888phl reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or decline bets for any individual Player without providing a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888phl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, including through the use of aliases, alternative identities, or third-party details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanism to interact with games or betting markets in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differentials or bonus structures.
• Colluding with other Players in any game mode, including live dealer games, poker variants, or competitive promotional formats.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, fraud, or the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 888phl support staff or other Players.

888phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where continued operation of the Account is deemed to pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining Balance — including pending withdrawal requests — may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a Player breach (for example, as a result of 888phl ceasing operations in a specific market), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method.

• Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at support@888phl.bio. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days (BST).
• Players who wish to self-exclude may do so immediately via the responsible gaming tools in their Account settings without requiring support intervention.
• Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request will not be reopened during the elected exclusion period, regardless of the Player's subsequent request.

• Using the 888phl name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888phl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to Platform availability beyond 888phl's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by provider-side software faults, subject to the provider's own dispute resolution process.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 888phl's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
